BRB Annual Heating & Boiler Cover gives you confidence in covering repairs to your system for a fixed price per repair, or fully inclusive (depending on the level of boiler cover you choose).

Premium, Gold and Platinum Care Plans include Parts & Labour.

ALL Plans include an annual Safety and Performance Inspection.

BRB Boiler Care is designed to ensure your system and appliance remain safe and in good working order.

With our heating protection covering your home you can rest easy knowing that when something does inevitably go awry, (in most cases) our top plans take away the need to pay out-of-pocket or arrange credit to cover any replacement parts and repairs.

Our Packages are available to domestic customers with home central heating systems up to 70kw.

Frequent Questions

What can I expect for my money?

You can trust us to provide you with a safe, quality service to repair and maintain all equipment covered by our agreement.

Although we expect most customers will be able to carry out small adjustments detailed in “user’s instructions”, i.e. removing air from radiators, topping up pressure etc., we will always be available with help and advice if you need us.

What does Breakdown Cover include?

We aim to provide a fast, reliable and efficient service, and wherever possible, we will provide a same day service.

Our Responsibilities

BRB Heating Limited will meet its responsibilities under our Limited Care Plans within a reasonable time, unless it is impossible for us to do so due to circumstances outwith our reasonable control.

Specifically, we can not be responsible for delays caused by our suppliers or their agents.

I Have an Old Boiler/System, Can I Get BRB Boiler Cover?

Each Heating System & Boiler must be fully serviced/surveyed by a BRB Heating Engineer prior to your Care Plan starting.

What If We Find Something Wrong During The Initial Safety Inspection?

If our inspection reveals a problem with your installation; before we agree to accept you on to our Care Plan, we will inform you of the work that is required to be done.

We may have to take action to “make safe” the installation. In this instance we would provide you with an estimate of the cost of full repair.

The costs involved in the above inspection and reporting may be chargeable to you.

What If Replacement Parts Are Required?

We will endeavor to do all that we can to supply suitable replacement parts for your appliance, assuming these are still readily available from the manufacturer.

We may alternatively use an approved part that has been reconditioned if it satisfies the necessary criteria to match the replacement part required.

We will endeavor to do all that we can to source the part quickly and ensure that it is fitted without any undue delay.

There can on rare occasion (depending on the age of the appliance) where we will be unable to carry out the necessary repair if we are unable to obtain a suitable replacement part or an acceptable alternative.

Please be aware, the availability of spare parts is controlled by the manufacturer.
